Ministry Partners
The heart of St. Andrew's is big red doors open to anyone in need. In the spirit of this welcome we strive to serve our most vulnerable neighbors through partnerships with people and organizations in the community that care for those in need. Ministry partners like Habitat for Humanity and Hungry Hearts helps us live out what James 1:27 calls true religion - to care for the widow and orphan. We’re excited to have a new ministry partner that serves our food insecure neighbors. Hungry Hearts began in 2015 when Adriene Davis, a military spouse, mother, and retired school cafeteria manager, saw a need in our community when a young man asked for food for his family in the store parking lot they were sleeping in. Hungry Hearts mission is to help put a stop to the pain of hunger in our community by providing essential resources to those in need promoting growth and sustainability.

Hungry Hearts goes through 300 trays a day feeding people who are food insecure. Saint Andrew’s parishioners can help by signing up on Sundays for two $20 dollar donation slots each week to provide trays to make their work possible!
