What is your favorite piece of scripture? Why do you love it?

My earliest memory of my favorite scripture comes from my Grandad, J.R. Taliaferro. 2 Timothy 1:12 is also the chorus of his favorite hymn. "For I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able, to keep that which I've committed unto Him against that day." To be honest, I can't recite it without singing along in my head!
Although I didn't come to understand the true meaning from Timothy, also one of my favorite authors, until my walk with Christ matured, I now know that I believe in salvation through Christ. I absolutely know that by being my personal Savior, I will be reunited with Him on the day that my earthly life ends, and my eternal life begins. I believe that Christ has died, Christ has risen, and Christ will come again. Hallelujah!
